So excited to have just planned a last minute trip to Disney for Easter. March 24-28. My husband and I , my mom and my 3 sons (16,14 and 11). We usually visit in November so I am a little worried about crowds. We are staying at Boardwalk. Should I avoid MK on Easter Sunday? I was able to make FP and we always get an early start... Any other tips would be appreciated!

I'd just follow normal high crowd day protocol, get there early, use FP to your advantage, book TS meals, and pack your patience.

I'm not a WDW regular, like most here, but we're going 3/25-3/29 and even here at the "last minute" I'm surprised how easy it's been to change things around. I just did a major overhaul of our itinerary, even managed to find a BOG breakfast ADR on Saturday instead of Easter Sunday, got FP+ for Wishes and FoF, (and could've had them for MSEP, 7DMT, any of the Mountains, etc. if I'd wanted).
My original plan was MK on Easter Sunday, but for a variety of reasons I've switched things around. We're doing MK in small doses. Early morning the Saturday before Easter (BOG breakfast and some Fantasyland/Liberty Square attractions). Late night the Monday after Easter (Wishes and some Tomorrowland attractions. And mid-afternoon on Tuesday (FoF parade and some Adventureland attractions). I'm hoping with being able to hit it multiple times with FP+ each time and keeping to a certain part of the park each time, we won't "feel" the crowds as much. We're kind of doing the same for Epcot, hitting some of Future World one night, then another part of Future World and IllumiNations another night, then half the World Showcase one day, and the other half one evening.
Animal Kingdom gets 3/4 of a day or so, and Hollywood Studios only gets one evening/night to check out the Star Wars stuff and see Symphony in the Skies before we head home the next day.
We're not hitting the big headliners, so it frees us up to use FP+ on things others might not, and I'm trying to break things up so that my 70+ year old folks don't get too worn out. They're both pretty active and lively, but it's still a tremendous amount of walking and standing on concrete. The less they have to walk and wait in line the better. Heck the less *I* have to walk and stand in line the better! LOL!

Have fun!
