Crowds the third week of August????

We have never gone to DL during the summer, we have gone in October, Jan. Early December. How bad are crowds the third week of August during the week? I really really hate crowds......

Never been in Aug - I am assuming bad - but hopefully others will post who have been. I did want to mention thought that pretty much all AZ schools are back in session by the second week - so that might help out a bit

I'm not sure what the crowds would be like, but here is WA school starts right before or after Labor Day, so a lot of families might sneak in a late summer vacation.

It's probably a bit crowded; definitely more crowded than October, early December, or January. The third week of August is when all of the So. Cal AP's become "unblocked" and so I would assume that week might be crowded with many making trips right before schools starts.
