Crowds on Tuesday?

Assuming the parks reopen on Tuesday, any idea as to what the crowds will be like? I saw that the waits were all 5-10 minutes yesterday, so I'm curious if it might be the same on Tuesday. I know it's impossible to predict precisely, but I figured some members here may have come the day after a large storm before and have some experience.

Don't think you will see crowds the first day UO reopens

Was there last year when Matthew closed the parks down
Day it reopened, not crowded that Saturday
