Crowds on Labor Day

We are considering taking our daughter on Sept 3rd for her birthday instead of Sept 9th, which day would be less crowded? And my husband and daughter want to go on the new Cars Ride (not sure of the name oops) would it be best to go straight to the ride?

The 3rd. It's busy but not aweful. Too many kids have started school, for vacationers to fill the parks.
