Does anybody know what the crowds will be like from 0ct 27th-nov 12th this year. Does halloween and the food and wine festival at epcot affect things and also what should the weather be like.
We will be there then, too! You'll love the Fall for a visit to WDW. It should be nice weather-wise. Definitely sill warm enough to swim. We were there last year at the same time, and we wore shorts and Ts during the day, and long pants in the evening. We only needed sweaters one night- the rest of the trip was very warm. Highs in the 80's, lows in the mid 60's. No rain- by the end of October, hurricane season is over, and there is very little rain.
Crowds should be moderate over Halloween weekend- The week after that should have pretty light crowds. However, the week starting Nov 7 will get increasingly more crowded. That weekend (Nov 11, 12, & 13), lots of events are all going on at once- The end of Food & Wine Festival, Super Soap weekend at MGM, Jersey Week, and Veterens' Day. So expect a big pickup in crowd levels as you get closer to the end of your trip.
I was there this past Oct 28 Nov 2, I thought the crowds were light to moderate....Of course MK is always busy.
MK: wait time ran on average 15 to 20 min
MGM:10 to 15 min
AK : only did a few things that morning no wait
Epotnly wait time was for test track with fast pass 15 mins to 30 mins.(did not do mission space)
hope this helps

There is an annual New Jersey Teachers' Convention that occurs in November. The kids get days off school because of it. This year, it is the second week of November, and LOTS of NJ families come to WDW that week.
