Crowds May 9-10

Our school has these two days off and then into the weekend so I asked DH is he wanted to go to DLP. He said sure if the crowds aren't too bad. This time we would drive as with 3 people the train costs more than fuel and tolls.

I am hoping it isn't a major holiday and most kids are back in school.

Not been in May before and a lot of the schools are not on holiday then, however, the website I usually check shows a Spring Holiday for Zone C, which I think is :
"Paris and Versailles, Créteil along with Bordeaux in the South West".

In addition weekends are always very busy.

I'm interested in this too as we are there from the 5th to the 10th. We deliberately chose the dates to avoid weekends but it looks like we may have picked holiday time too! Mind you after our unseasonally chilly Easter break I will just be happy if it is warm and sunny - PLEASE!!!

What is going on that day? Every hotel in Disney is sold out and nearly all the others nearby. I am looking 2 train stops down now in Bussy.

It's Ascension Day and the park will be busy.

yes, Ascension Day, a mega busy time at DLP (and as its a Thursday loads of French people will be making a long weekend of it).

Thank you for letting us know. I could not explain the hotels being sold out and I think we are going to cancel and try to go somewhere else. We really don't like crowds at extreme levels.
