Any body have any idea how bad the crowds will be March 25-31? I know its a prime time and many will be on Spring Break, but are the parks so crowded that its tough to get onto anything?

As you can see by my travel dates, we are going that week. I think it WILL be crowded- but not like some are saying. Spring breaks are pretty scattered- not EVERYONE has it that week. The last I checked- all the values still had rooms open, ADR's are still very open, so I dont think it will be TERRIBLE, but crowded. If Disney thought it was going to be a "peak" week, they would not have added free dining to bring people in. Last year, we were told it was going to be "AWEFUL" the first week of April, by disney CM, on this website, and touringplans, and it WAS NOT!!! It was no more crowded than the last week of september when we went. So, its just MY opinion- but I wouldn't sweat it too much.

Thank you for the feedback!

We are going then too. I just keep thinking it can't be any worse than when we went between Christmas and New Years a few years ago. I will NEVER do that again with two small children. It was a 45 minute wait just to use the BATHROOM!

We will be there the weekend prior. We went in 2009 during our spring break and the Touring Plans crowd levels were 9 and 10s the whole week. We never found it too crowded and got a lot accomplished. My advice would be Rope Drops, use Fast Passes and have at least a little bit of a plan and you should be fine. We almost always go with 8-10 levels and it never really seems too terrible.

We will be there that week also! Our Spring Break is usually the week before but got moved back a week this year - I'm expecting big crowds but nothing overwhelming. The week before the longest we stood in line was 30 minutes twice.

Hope you enjoy your week!!!!

We're going March 29-April 4th... we had no choice as we had to go when my niece had vacation (she's one of our helpers).... we knowi t will be busy but oh, well... it will still be fun :)

Family of four here; we are also going that week. According to touringplans.com the crowds will be 10 out of 10 on Sun, March 25, 2012 ,
Mon, March 26, 2012, and Fri, March 30, 2012. 9 out of 10 on Tue, March 27, 2012, Wed, March 28, 2012, Thu, March 29, 2012 and Sat, March 31, 2012.

We have decided to have a touring plan and be flexible! Telling my kids the littlest as possible about what can be done, so if we can't do some things, they won't know what they have missed. Hopefully ignorance will be bliss :cloud9: Happy touring. :hippie:

My best friend and I are going March 24 - 31. I do not look at crowd predictions to plan my trips. I have been for spring break lots of times. The parks are not empty but are not insane. I was looking at dining reservations a little bit ago and there is still lots of ADRs available for that week including Le Cellier, at 5:40 on the 27th.

We will b there march 28- April 2 !! Can't wait! We will just take it easy and do what we can, we will be back again :)

We are going March 25- April 2. It is my third time there but there will be six of us total, 4 adults and 2 kids. I know it will not be optimum first time and will be quite busy, but my last two trips were Christmas til New Years and the week before Christmas. My mom wanted to take advantage of the free dining plan as with 6 people that is a huge cost. As for lines and such, we will do what we can and my children are used to three or four days opening til close at other parks. That is our normal attack plan. Not commando rush rush rush, but spend the time and see what we can see.

I wish we would have gone at a "less busy" time of year but my mother has medical problems that will soon preclude her from visiting any parks with her grandchildren. We found the time when my family and my brother could all go with her and this was our one chance for this year.

We will be there March 28th thru April 5th. I am going with the mindset that yes, it will be busy but we will have an awesome time because it wont be busy and 100degrees! I am hoping the lower temps of late March/early April will make the crowds more tolerable.
