Crowds in May

We are planning on going to Disney in May 2007 for our first time!!! What are the crowds like the first week in May?

Hi Lesley and welcome to the DIS!

Crowds the first week of May are pretty light. Epcot tends to be crowded on Mother's Day due to the Flower and Garden Festival plus the Mother's Day Brunch at the World Showplace.

We will be there the second week of May 2007. We are staying at the Nick hotel. Kids can't wait.

We were there that week last year. Crowds weren't too bad, with the exception of MGM during Star Wars Weekends. I've been there with them a bit lighter in November. The heat was the real killer!

After a long cold winter here in NJ a sunny May will feel good to us. LOL I hope we have great weather and a light crowd. Keeping fingers crossed.
