Crowds in February

We're going to be at WDW Feb. 8-14. We've had trips during this time before and experienced very low crowds. However, I've started checking dining reservations and am not having much luck finding availability. It's making me think that crowds are going to be high. Is there something going on during this week that's making the crowd levels high?
