Crowds for early December

Just curious as to how crowded it is for the beginning of December? We've never been there at this time of the year and inquiring minds want to know.

Anybody else going in the beginning of Decmber? We'll be there Dec 3-9....

We are going to be there from 12/2 to 12/10, I know in the past crowds were low, and I am praying they stay that way.

We were there last year during 2nd week of December and crowds were real low. However, the first week of December the Pop Warner football group is there and may increase the crowds. It probably will not be as crowded as during peak times. We are going again this year during the 2nd week of December 12/11-12/17. Three weeks and counting.

I was there last year (3-10) and will be going this year too (3--11) and the crowds were very manageable during that time.

I didn't find that the POP Warner was a problem at all but I was staying at the GF, not the budget resorts.

I'm hoping that this year too the crowds remain light.

We're going Dec 1-5 for a wedding at GF. Everything we've tried to book is full and has been for weeks. We ended up booking a room offsite.

We just got back on Saturday and when we asked what on earth is going on the beginning of December, we were told that the baseball teams are all going to be there. I'm not sure if its just, "We won the World Series and now we're going to DisneyWorld," or if its all the major league teams. Expect to see lots of players and fans.
