Crowds February 17-22

How busy do you guys think the parks will be?

We're coming from Canada and we're used to our spring breaks being in March but apparently it's different for California.

I know the weekend before we arrive will be packed but I'm wondering if those crowds will stay for the week.


Just wondering....I want to be prepared so I don't end up like this:

Nope. It shouldn't be bad. The Presdident's Day Weekend crowds will joyously flood DLR through the 16th, then they'll all somberly head back to school and work on Tuesday. The crowds will pick back up a little the following weekend, but not nearly as much as the 14-16. You picked good dates! HM and IASW are back up, but sadly there will be no fireworks.

I am going about the same dates. We were going presidents weekend but decided after hearing crowd reports to postpone a week. I am really glad we did.

We just moved to CA and after a friend called me a "rookie resident" because of the dates we had chosen I went back and moved our trip.

We are going to be in the park the 16-21st, so I'm hopeing that its not too bad.

We'll be there Feb 18-23 and if it's anything like last year it should be pretty empty.

I live in Southern Ca and we are out of school from the 16th to the 20th.
I wonder how many other schools in the area are out and if that will affect the crowds that week. I hope not because I want to go too!!!

See this is what I am worried about! I hope we're not bombarded by these school crowds!

Overall I think it should be a good week in terms of refurbs because most of the rides are open. I'm just disappointed about the fireworks and the parade!
