Crowds during 2nd week of Feb. ?

Anyone know what the crowds are like during the 2nd week of February? Also, are the crowds that week comparable to the lower crowds the last 3 weeks of January? I've been in January 3 different years and the crowds were pretty light and very manageable. But I'd like to try 2nd week of Feb. next year (due to annual pass strategy).

As long as it is not Presidents week. President's week is one of the top four busiest weeks at WDW. Also, check and see when Mardi Gras is next year. That can affect crowds somewhat as many schools in LA have that week off and they head to WDW.
