Crowds Disneyland/Disney World

I have only been to WDW during low seasons and haven't experienced the big big crowds but I have read that DLR are more busy because of the locals. Last week when I was at DLR it became very crowded in the main park very quick. Lines were 45-75 mins in the middle of the day. But after the fireworks everyone went home. We could walk on everything. So my tip would be: Take advantage of magic hours if you stay onsite, (can't remember if they call it that in DLR) take a break and come back in the evening.

That is a truly tough question because there are times when both are very crowded and they both have low seasons as well. In general I think WDW absorbs crowds better. Weekends at the DLR are crowded almost year round. But I have also been to the DLR when it has been almost empty (a rainy weekday in November!). It really depends on when you go...and luck too of course!
