We are taking the kids out of school in hopes of a few days of decent crowds. We arrive Wednesday Nov 15TH for a 9 day stay. anyone been at this it time? Hoping that Wednesday through maybe Saturday wont be too bad before the craziness of Thanksgiving crowds. Am I being too hopeful?? We have been at Christmas and Halloween so we know what we are in for just hoping for a day or 2 of the OLD fall crowd levels.

We've gone 14th through 20th before - the week before Thanksgiving. We experienced very low crowds and beautiful weather! And the Christmas decorations were slowly being added - every morning when we'd go out, we'd see some new decorations somewhere! Great week to go.

If it's going to be like last year, Wednesday and Thursday will be great. Friday will still be pretty good. Saturday will be decent. Sunday will be crowded.

FOLLOWING!!! We are going for wife's 50th birthday 11/8-11/14 (5 days) plus MVMCCP... Is it going to be a MOB SCENE! Hoping to see the new attractions! We haven't been since 2014!!!

We are there the same time. Hitting the parks hard Thursday-Saturday then breaking at Universal on Sunday. Going with a more relaxed vibe Monday-Thursday. Really excited!

We are veterans of Thanksgiving week! We usually arrive the Thursday before and experience low crowds until Sunday and even Sunday is not too bad as it will get very crowded the rest of the week through T-day weekend!! However since we have also done Christmas Week twice, I can safely say all of Thanksgiving week is easier to get around than the very packed crowds of Chrsitmas and New Years!!!

We were there last year for T'giving week. MK on the Sunday before was projected to be a crowd of 7 or 8 and ended up a 10! D23 was going on next door so that might have influenced things. Those were actually the worst crowds we experienced all week. The rest of the week we were better prepared and were there early for rope drop. Avoiding the EMH park if you are not doing EMH is sound advice.

We have been the week OF Thanksgiving before...maybe it was Tuesday-Sunday? Busiest week we've ever been. Your first few days might have lower crowds, but I would expect them to pick up by the weekend and stay that way through the weekend after Thanksgiving. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of people get a head start on their Thanksgiving break when they're doing WDW.

EXACTLY what we are hoping for! Thanks!!
One small adjustment...MK will likely be busy on that Wednesday and Saturday, since they aren't party nights. The other parks should be great on Wednesday, though.

Projected by who? I am looking at Touring Plans website for last years data. The Sunday you mentioned says they saw crowd level of 7 that day at MK.

I'd imagine Veteran's Day weekend should be pretty busy...but then the crowds will die down starting Sunday.

We are there 10th-18th, MVMCP once and a day at Universal. We are hoping for low(er) crowds but even if it is not, not much we can do about it. Disney on!

We are going back this year the 13th - 19th. If it is like prior years, crowds will start building on Thursday (11/16) and by Sunday (11/19) it will be packed.

My wife and I will be there from Nov 12-18 for an anniversary trip. We are doing MVMCP on the 16th. Keeping fingers crossed for lower crowds!

11/11 - 11/14 at US/IOA and then we move to WDW through 11/18. Hoping for reasonable crowds.
