Crowds August 22

How crowded will it be then. We are going to Universal on the 22 and maybe the 24. Will there be long lines? When I went last year I purchased the Express Pass. I am wondering if I should purchase it for this trip??

We have gone the past three years that week (and again this year). Parks are not too bad as most schools down south are back in session.

Even so, the parks get crowded in the afternoon. Do what we do, hit the parks when they open. Most popular rides have very little lines before 11:00am. In the afternoon we hit the shows and enjoy the A/C.

I would wait on the EP until you get there. The crowds could be somewhat heavy in the afternoon. Loudbmw has a good strategy..try to follow that.

BTW...August 22 is my birthday!
