Crowds at the start of spring break season?

The hubs and I are planning our first family trip to Disney world with our 2 1/2 year old, princess loving daughter. We had planned on going April 12, after the spring break crowds, but now DH's work would rather him go in March. I am pretty sure the first week is out, so we are looking at arriving on 3/9. The crowd calendars are showing moderate crowds for that week. Does anyone have experience at DW at the start of spring break season? What are wait times like compared to low crowd times? I will also be 20ish weeks pregnant during this time. Our main focus will be princess meets and whatever rides the little isn't afraid of. She will definitely want to meet Anna and Elsa, and I am now worried about getting a FP since we already missed the 60 day window
