How's the crowd situation at the Poly? Is the pool crowded? What times are the worst? Do you need to be up early to get a chair? How about boat rentals at the Marina? Getting lunch at Kona Cafe? Are most people at the parks, or do many take a day to relax at the resort? TIA.
