Crowds at the end of July

Hi Gang,
We are headed home 7/27-30. Will the crowds/heat kill us or is there hope. No kids this trip just DW and I, any insight would really help. Thanks

We will be at VWL from the 27th July which is our usual time of year. - The weather will be warm and the crowds will be quite large but not the busiest we have seen them (march / april)

You will get the odd thunderstorm as well.
