crowds at start of value season?

We were in the parks from the Saturday before Thanksgiving untikl the Wednesday before Thanksgiving this past year. Crowds were fine Saturday and Sunday. We were at MGM and Epcot on Monday and Tuesday and it was noticeably crowded. Wednesday (day before T-day) in MK was really not much fun because of the heavy crowds. If I had to do it over again I would make our last park day the Tuesday before T-Day. Of course, you know the old saying -a bad day at Disney World beats a good day anywhere else :rotfl2:

We were there the first week in December this past year and there were hardly no lines for any of the attractions. I believe the longest wait for any attraction was about 5 min. As a matter of fact, they did not have the fast passes available. ::yes:: This is one of the best times to visit WDW. The decorations around WDW are simply beautiful. Make sure you visit the other resorts during this time of year. Also, plan on attending at least on of the MVMCP.

Have a great day

We arrived on Thanksgiving day and stayed until the following Wednesday. The parks were crazy up to Sunday late afternoon!!! On Friday and Saturday the crowds were so unbelievable I just wanted to go back to my room. But the week-days following were not bad at all. That would be my choice for the holidays. Arrive the week-end after Thanksgiving and stay until the following week-end. Nice weather, great decorations, terrific shows and lower crowds.
