Crowds at end of April early May

What is the crowd level like at the end of April to early may? I actually have 2 friends heading there around the same time. One from the 25th to the 2nd and the other from the 29th to the 5th

I think the first set of dates will be much more crowded than the second mostly because it is the end of the 2-day free promotion and it seems like many of the area hotels are full.

Does this mean that the crowds will be like a vacation period? I'm scheduled to go from apr. 21-28. Do you think I should try to reschedule for a couple weeks later?

That isn't very accurate. I went in October and it was CROWDED. I think that chart is outdated so I would take it with a HUGE grain of salt.

I hear ya... I was there in October and it was a MAD HOUSE!

I was there in October too, and except for Friday night (the 23rd) found little to no waits, and no crowds... hoping for the same in early, mid-May!

I think you'll probably not experience the horrible crowds until the 24th-27th, then it will be pretty uncomfortable. Just my prediction. . . Even in May you will have heavy weekends. EVERY weekend in DLR is busy -- no exceptions (well, unless it rains).
