I follow Kenny the Pirate on fb, and he posted how crowded it was today, more than expected. I wonder if the Osborn Lights are contributing? Is anyone there now? I love to see crowd pictures. I have ALWAYS wanted to visit during a holiday!

Just returned from a 3 day weekend in WDW. All three days had lower than expected crowds in the parks that we visited (HS on Friday, Epcot on Saturday and MK yesterday). Really loved the Christmas feel without all of the crowds - didn't care for the way that they lit the castle for only a short period of time while we were there yesterday. Cool lighting show (Frozen), but why do it multiple times in one night instead leaving them on?

That is great! I had heard the crowds were pretty low last week. I am guessing all bets are off this week though!

Pirates is 105 minutes. Haunted Mansion line is full queue, plus the extended queue down to the water near riverboat landing for a 70 minute wait. IASW is 45 minutes!

space mountain is 180 right now!!!! I hope that is inflated, I can't imagine waiting all that time. Is anyone there? Would love to see photos!

We're headed to the Studios tomorrow and may hit EPCOT as well. I'll be sure to post what we see for wait times and crowd levels tomorrow night. I did see people posting on twitter today some insane stand by times. However, we were able to get FP's for tomorrow for Tower, Star Tours and RnR for the times we wanted.

This was MK this morning, that someone posted on FB! They said lines to get in were all the way to the buses.. Crazy! I wouldn't go during holidays if you paid me!

I am seriously reconsidering my trip. I can't see how it could be enjoyable if the crowds are that bad.

We are here now. Saw that line at MK this morning in person but didn't stand in it, was just passing through from Monorail to head back to our resort. Was at HS most of the day and it was pretty crowded. Star Tours had a wait of 80 min. at 6:00 pm but was at 20 min at 7:15. Osborne Lights were crowded but manageable. Rockin Roller Coaster shut down early in the day and its was a mess the rest of the day. Fastness lines were really long too, took 20 min to do FP at TSM. Thinking of heading out to EMH at MK in a bit we'll see how bad that is. Having fun but much more crowded then the last time we visited at Thanksgiving.

December 16th-21st. I knew it would be crowded, but I never imagined it would be that bad.

I don't think it will be that crowded. The reason for the crowds is that it is Thanksgiving week. Your week will not be like that, you will be gone before the Christmas crowds.

I'm scared! I've never seen it like that. Wonder how long that took? How can you do anything? How can any of that be enjoyable?
That's what I'm wondering! I was there two weeks ago and while it was more crowded than usual, it was nothing like this- very thankful for that! If I saw these crowds while on the bus pulling up, I would have stayed on the bus lol. I knew Thanksgiving Week is crowded but I had no idea it was like this!

When does the Christmas crowd really start pouring in?
