We visited in the week from Easter Sunday on.

Expected a super busy week and had low expectations but were pleasantly surprised. First, Sunday morning in Studios was dreamily uncrowded. Walk on to many things all morning. 20 min only to ToT and RnR for hours.

Rest of week was moderate to busy, and rain chased the crowds away one day leaving walk up any where on the parade route for the FIRST evening parade!

Standby lines were typical, but started OK for first half of day then build from noon on. I believe with advance FP+ many are choosing not to show up at "rope drop" time making it nicer for those who do.

Wait times for FP+ were typically 0 to 20 minutes. There were many cases of long lines outside the entrance due to slow scanning in. This was especially true at BTMRR and Pirates. You would wait 10 minutes to get to the scan point then walk all the way to another short 5-10 minute wait before boarding. There are still many cases of people scanning in and getting a blue - and wanting to argue about it. Any time one party member got a green but others did not they would wave them in. But a family of 4 all getting blues and arguing about it would stall the line for a good 30-60 seconds - long enough to add 30 people to the line outside the entrance.

We used a FP+ for parade viewing one day. Hated it. Everyone stood up and we were in the second row. So to get to the front row you must arrive WELL BEFORE the start time of the FP+ reservation... just like any regular spot on the parade route. Pooh on that! Used FP+ for Fairytale Princess Hall once too.. very civilized to go in in the next group taken in, waiting only 5 minutes. Nice!

....and we were there the week leading up to Easter Sunday, expecting moderate to large crowds and saw none of that. It was one of the best trips we've ever had, except for the highly inflated resort prices which we believe is the reason for lots of empty rooms....

We had walk-ons our entire trip! Peter Pan was the quickest we've ever experienced -- 7 minutes from the "end" of the line (there was no line...) until the time we walked off the ride. We almost did the entire MK in 2 hours -- Speedway, Haunted Mansion, Pirates, Thunder Mountain, People Mover, Peter Pan, Pooh, Transit Authority, Buzz, Dumbo, and we had a snack in between some of those rides. This was on Good Friday.

We suspected crowds might be minimal when we arrived at the Orlando airport in the morning and saw this at the Magical Express lines:

Easter Sunday at the MK was a breeze- was expecting large crowds but never materialized-was a great day!!! Epcot on Monday was just as nice I checked in at 7am at Pop Century and my room was available!!!!!

We were there same time as parrotbill.... We had same experience. We rope dropped and with a littke planning on FP+ we were able it do ALL we wanted. We visited all 4 parks. AK was "empty" both mornings we went until bout 11ish. One morning we rode .... Everest (6x), Safari, walked one of the trails, did tough to be a bug, bunch of stuff over in dinoland, (dinosaur was down) and ate at flame tree all by 1130 (that was with sittin and chilling at lunch for about 35-40 mins cuz flame tree opened a little early)
DHS was similar (except TSM.... Only getting on that once unless you FP+). But RnR n ToT we did multiple.... Not 6. Like Everest, but 5 or 6 total between the two.

Sounds like a great trip! Did you stay on property?
