Crowds after Easter

Happy New Year Everyone ....

The DW and I have ressies the week after Easter at OKW (aPRIL 18-23). I was wondering if anyone knew how the crowds were during this time. Are the FL schools back in session?

Last year we went the week before Memorial Day and the crwods were horrible. To top it off it was Star Wars weekend at MGM which destroyrd we since its one of our favorites,,,,,,

We are going 4/17 to 4/24 and had the same questions. Was told by MS that this is not Spring Break for WDW and that the crowds were normal!!!!!!!!! Whatever that means. I guess we will know for sure when we get there. Have a great trip!

Massachussetts and several other North East states have their Spring breaks during the week following Easter, so I would anticipate large crowds during the 18th through the 25th of April.

Easter Sunday is the 11th. I would expect the first travel day (the 18th?) to be hectic. But I would guess that most of your trip should be not the crazed crowds that are there around Easter itself.

We're going to OKW the 18th thru the 23rd also. Massachusetts is on vacation. We have been that week in the past (2 yrs ago) and the crowds were not that bad. We've definately been down there at worse times during the year. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Have fun, maybe we'll see you there.

We are thinking of going the week of the 18th also. The week before and the week after Easter are the mad weeks. Plus a couple days in either direction. The weeks before and after those for the most part aren't to bad. We have been four times during the these "before" or "after "weeks.

I think the week of the 18th should be a good time to go. Maybe the first day or two will be real crowded. After that I think the crowds will drop.

Fl spring breaks are generally around the end of March unless you're talking Catholic Schools who are out either the week before or after Easter....I think after. The public schools definitely won't be on spring break then.
