Crowding in Rooms .:RANT:.

Why can't people understand that staying in ONE public room won't bring the Staff. Grrr. It's frustrating trying to get some quests done and can't get into Tiki, Main St., and others because of the wait times.

People... Read your messages and Listen to them.

Most of the people you are complaining about do not read the Disboards. These are kids who are told by other kids that something is going on in such-and-such room.

I would advise doing your quest while the Dream stuff is not going on.

saying it does not bring them does NOT mean that staying in a room keeps hosts away. So if i'm hoping for dreams, I stay put (whether in public or private room) cuz popping around just means i'm more likely to keep missing them where maybe they'll pop in a room where i'm "waiting".

Most of us who have played vmk for a long time are just used to hanging out with friends where ever we meet them. This could even be in, yes, a public room. I don't understand the messages from staff telling us that remaining in one room won't increase our chances at winning dreams prizes...
I'm sorry you are having problems with quests, but like bytheblood mentioned, maybe you should consider questing when the hosts are not doing the dreams prizes. If you were around for the first set of Tomorrowland quests, you might recall the same crowding then, although for different reasons....everyone was doing the same quests at the same time! LOL

I agree thats confusing so they want you to keep moving around until you see a host?

I think what they want is for people to just go about doing what they always do instead of just gathering and staying put in rooms.

But, instead of just popping in and out of rooms, it is just better to stay in one place.

While the messages are saying gathering does not help, it seems that the "reports' of dream prizes have been in crowded rooms. I could be (and would love to hear if I am) wrong, but I have yet to hear of a room with 2-3 ppl in it that was given a prize. Would be nice to know you could get a prize just hanging with 2 or 3 friends though.

Well if I was able to get both my virtual arms in the air... I would have done so while screaming FIRE FIRE while running from room to room. Because thats about what this weekend seemed like. LIke a virtual stampede. Compound that with staff messages and its a recipe for mass confusion. But if we had just one staff member out at a time in alllllllllllllllllllllllll of vmk its like looking for a needle in a hay stack. So do you stay in the barn and root thru all that hay or run to the pasture to?

Who knows. I just know that those ears dont even fit your head right.

maybe vmk needs to give us all virtual hair cuts so the hats fit better lol
