My DH wants to plan a trip to DL in February! We were going to go in the fall, but he wants to go now. He is becoming a Disney junkie like me. Ay yi yi. Can I plan a trip in just a few weeks:confused: Just wondering about President's Day -- I know it is very busy on President's day and through that week, but would it be busy the Thurs. Fri, and Saturday before President's day? Just wondering if anyone had any experience with that. My dd 7 has the Friday before President's day off from school -- so that would be a good time to go -- unless tons of other have the same idea!!!
thanks for your input

We have that Friday off also and we're planning to go. I figure it may be crowded, but a busy day at DL is better than a day sitting at home!! If it's annoyingly busy, we'll hang out in DCA.

We went that weekend last year and it was very crowded. Most of the schools in the area had that Friday and Monday (Lincoln's Bday) off. Friday before was great, Saturday the usual crowds, Sunday was nuts and Monday was crazy. But we still had a wonderful time, I would go again that time in a minute. Its just always going to be crowded if local schools have the day off and So. Cal AP's aren't blacked out.

I would agree with the above posts. It's crazy busy but it's better than not being there. Take advantage of FP's and baby swap if you can!!!! Use EE and get to the parks before the gates open. Have a great trip!:thumbsup2
