My two siblings and I are going on our first Disney Trip from January 29th-Feb 4th. I am wondering if anyone has any sense of whether the parks may be super crowded or not. We are planning on using Genie+, but wondering if it is necessary for each park. Also, if there are crowds, what are some tips to help with that? Would really appreciate any advice.

The parks are never not busy. But I have been there during the start of February in years past and the crowds were never crazy. As for Genie+, its never necessary. You can still ride the same rides without it. You're just likely to wait longer in line.

No idea what crowds will be like but G+ is really not as beneficial/worthwhile for us at Epcot and AK and we only use it for MK and DHS. Not sure if you'll be at all the parks but we typically only do iLL$ for Epcot and AK, and feel like we accomplish everything else pretty easily standby. Imo we get more bang for our buck at MK/DHS using G+ there. I'd venture to guess it won't be what we saw last February crowd wise given all the people making up for their cancelled trips from covid but I would not count on the parks being empty.
