from what CM's told me it was lighter then normal on christmas day. the park didnt close due to capacity like it normally does.

thought I would share the link to mine....after the last 5 or 6 years in early Dec and watchng the crowds grow larger and larger each year...we went the week before Thanksgiving week Nov 14th to 22nd...WOW it was empty on a Monday about noon we walked from TT to Imagination and only saw a CM sweeping...longest wait all week Sum of allfears...Soarin stayed at 5 minutes and TSM sat around 20 minutes...

We were there 12/2-12/4 and 12/12-12/16. Dec 12 was really crowded with really long lines. The other days were somewhat crowded, but really the lines weren't as bad as I thought they would be with the amount of people we saw (other than the afternoon of Dec 16 when waits were long again). We were at WDW during the same time in 2006 and the crowds this year were significantly higher.

OK, I admit it... I had an early ADR at the Crystal Palace MK opened at 9 that morning. It was the most magical sight I've ever had of the castle.

That's all I have. It was my first trip to WDW and was VERY happy with the low crowd levels. The longest wait I ever saw was at Soarin' in Epcot - 40 minutes at noon of November 11 - got around that with a Fastpass. Second longest wait took was to get to Winnie the Pooh & Tigger in Fantasyland at noon of November 12 - took about 25 mins. Other than that, wait times at attraction and characters were down to an absolute minimal.

We were there Jan 20-27, 2009. I didn't really take any "crowd" pictures, but these are some of the pics I could find with the crowds in them. Overall it was more crowded than we expected, but still not terrible most days. Our DHS was the worst day, with the largest crowds I have ever seen, but that was on a Fantasmic day when they were only showing it 2 days a week. Same with MK on Spectro nights, very crowded. Our least busiest day that week was the Wed after MLK day at MK, very low crowds, but then it was only 50 degrees that day.

Thank you soooo much. Although I am stroking out over these crowds!!! We are there for a whole week so hopefull the first part of the next week will be less crowded!!!
