Crowd Numbers at 2/3

Should I be at all concerned about which parks on which days if the numbers are this low? Two of our four dinners will be at our resort AKL and one at Epcot, the last doesn't really matter much so long as we don't end up ISO a decent place without ADRs. I've always had an exact itinerary for every day but I'm thinking that might not be necessary this time?

I don't think you need an exact itinerary with hour-by-hour planning, but you do need to pay attention to the recommended parks and plan accordingly. Believe it or not, it's more important when the crowd levels are low than when they are high. When it's crowded, it's crowded. When crowds are light, going to the non-recommended park will be more crowded and feel like much more than a 2/3.

FWIW, the crowd calendars haven't been all that accurate as of late. It's been a lot busier than what was predicted and days that are being marked 2/3 or 3/4 are turning out to be like 5/6. Again, just to throw it out there.

A lot of people who have been down this month are saying that it's not as empty as "normal".
