Our trip to Universal has been bumped up about a month and a half. This puts us at Unviersal for our first trip on Labor Day weekend 2009. Since we have decided to stay offsite, what are the expected crowd levels? I should have prefaced this by saying that our first trip to Disney was Christmas 2004, with no touring plan, and it complete oblivion. :confused3. We do not want to be in that situation again. We are planning 2 days at US, 2 days at IOA and 1 day at Wet and Wild. How doable does this sound, since my husbands DOES NOT like to be rushed?!

TIA

Any holiday weekend is busy at all of the local parks. You should think about purchasing the Express Plus passes for that weekend. It's obviously better to stay away from holiday weekends but since the 2 park/1 day EP's are $30.99 Saturday & Sunday, they aren't expecting huge crowds. Still...the heat and humidity will make things uncomfortable. It's not nearly as bad as Disney at Christmas.

Thank you so much you have been ever so helpful with all of my crazy questions. My hubby has decided that it would be worth the extra $$$ to stay on property for the transportation and FOTL passes. :woohoo: He is not a very patient man in waiting. It took me 3 years of trips without him to convince him that Disney isn't ALWAYS as busy as his experience at Christmans. We will be staying at the Royal Pacific Resort, and I hope this allieviates some of his stresses.

Thanks again
