Crowd levels Universal studios

Planning a trip next fall to the West coast. We arrive in Anaheim late on 11/10 and want to spend 3 days in the area. I figured that since Veterans Day is on Tues 11/11 this would be a better day to see US since there will probably be high crowds at DLR with school holidays. I know there will probably be more crowds at US too but would it be doable? I kind of wanted to be able to enjoy DLR on the less crowded,non holiday weekdays. What would we be in for at US on a holiday? Thanks!

Are you asking about 2014?

A Tuesday in Nov will be quite slow at Universal.

Yes- planning on 2014 and Veterans day is on Tues the 11th so I was more concerned with avoiding the holiday weekend crowd at DLR!

Here in CA when a holiday falls on a Tuesday schools are out on the Monday
and back on the Tuesday. However, schools in the SoCal area generally do not
close on Veterans Day so that weekend is usually not much different than any
non-holiday weekend in Nov.
