Crowd levels in March/April

Please help with crowd levels in early spring. Planning to visit parks on Sunday and Monday or possible Monday and Tuesday. Dates are flexible. Which weeks are worse as far as Easter/Spring Breaks?

Are hotel rates (i.e. Royal Pacific) based on seasons like WDW? If so would that be regular season (or value) most likely?

Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.

i've seen the other months rates based on seasons as the above covers the rest of this year.

the darkside doesn't follow the motherland hotel rate seasons.

some of it is in the general time period but not the same dates.

Universal's own express pass rates are a good indicator of how crowds are expected to be, I'd use it over any unofficial crowd calendar since it affects Universal's bottom line.

Ranges are $39.99 for very low crowd dates to $119 for Holy cow Jam Packed days.

There are no very low crowd dates in March/April, it's moderate to jam packed (worst is week before/after Easter) Most of late march/early april is on the high crowd side.

Does anyone know if you have the express pass during Easter time, are the lines short? Or, does a lot of people get the express pass during that time and the lines are still long with express pass? Who has actually experienced it?
