Crowd levels in early February???

Hi, I've only been to WDW in September and early January. DH and I are going for an anniversary trip w/ no kids. I'm just curious as what to expect, we will be there the first week in February. Are the crowd levels low? This may seem like a stupid question (apologize in advance) but are any of the rides closed during the cooler months?

We've visited twice in early Februaray and it was slow. We walked on just about every ride and all the water rides were open.

I've seen it both ways. Depends on the holiday and when FL schools have their spring break..
