Crowd levels before MNSSHP?

We are planning a trip the week of October 4th-9th. I just saw today that 4 of those days will be MNSSHP days. We are not planning to go to the party. I have young kids so leaving the park by 7 wouldn't be too big of a deal for us. My question is what should we expect the crowds to be like earlier in the day before a MNSSHP? Will they be heavy w/ normal people and party-goers? Or do most of the party-goers wait until 4pm to come? We will most likely have park hoppers, so should we do a morning and then go elsewhere in the afternoon?

Thanks in advance!

Most wait to enter with their MNSSHP ticket at 4pm. The mornings and early afternoons of party nights usually see low crowds, and it's our favorite time to visit MK.

Magic Kingdom crowds on MNSSHP days, especially those on a weekday, are the lowest you'll find up 'till about 4pm.

Only problem is you don't get to see Wishes or MSEP, and have to leave by 7pm. If that's o.k. with you, then they are great days to go,

Dan

Do early dinner in parks around 5/530 then leave that way you can avoid the flood of party guest
