Jersey Week is usually around the first week of Nov -- which is the timing for it this year. The NJ teacher's union has it's annual convention on Thurs and Fri of that week.
Just about all schools in NJ are closed that Thurs and Fri. Some also take advantage of the scheduling and shut down for Mon - Wed. Because of this, many families from NJ seem to migrate south at that time to visit WDW.
This might cause a slight blip on the crowd meter, but that time of year traditionally experiences low attendance to begin with. So even a "crowded" Jersey Week is still going to be 100x better than summer, spring break, Thanksgiving, or Christmas. Nothing to worry about.
No need to worry, the crowds are still low....we have gone during value season and just last year went during Jersey week since my oldest son started high school and cant miss too much school...not too much difference in the crowds except during the end of the week got a little more crowded but nothing to worry about.
We were there the week of Columbus Day this past year. The crowds weren't bad, but not what I would call low. We didn't feel like the wait times were bad at all and used FP for all the major rides. With FP, it was easy. But, it was HOT HOT HOT! We booked then hoping for some relief. It was record temps for most of the week, but the first few days we were melting!
