Almost every attraction was just about walk right in. :) Longest time I saw on MDE was 50 for Belle, but even Peter Pan never got above 35. At 1:30, only had a 20 minute line for BOG!!!!!

We're AP holders so no advance FP's - to be safe, we stopped when we arrived (10:30) and grabbed FP's for BTMRR, Mermaid and Peter Pan, but Peter Pan was the only one we would have needed it for. (and there was no line at the FP station either!)

Glad we were dressed for the weather, but other than cold ears on a few of the fast turns on BTMRR, we were comfortable.

Very enjoyable outing!!!:yay:

I would be in shorts, coming off another day yesterday in which the state closed all schools do to the cold weather.

I am glad that you had fun. :goodvibes

On our arrival day 3 weeks ago the high was 46 degrees, it was very cloudy and the wind was blowing at about 20 MPH. I came down from FREEZING weather and it was still too cold for us to enjoy the parks. We bagged it and went to the resort. We still had a great day, but the short lines were not enough to entice us into staying in the parks. When we spoke to our boys that night they made fun of us, since it was only 4 degrees at home.

I have always been one of those who thought that 45 degrees would be warm in the middle of the winter. Well, it is until the wind starts blowing, the clouds block the sun, and you have to be outside for hours at a time. Then it is just plain miserable - even in WDW.

We were there today as well and walked on to everything in fantasyland and haunted mansion. We were very cold and wet...but we'll be going back for fireworks in a bit!

You got that right! Been there, done that - never again.

I wonder if crowds today were also affected by people who were unable to get to Orlando because of all of the flight and road problems caused by the weather.

Last Wednesday morning, the wind chill was 36 degrees as we headed into MK at 9:15 AM (felt like a heat wave to me!). The crowd was pretty small until it warmed up later in the morning/early afternoon (to a high of about 52 degrees that day). It was quite a unique way to go to a Disney park...seeing people bundled up and hot chocolate being sold! Bet that doesn't happen all that often!

If it had also been raining today I wouldn't have been able to do it either - fortunately the rain didn't start till an hour after we got home. We did AK in the rain a few weeks ago but it was in the 70's :)

Very nice! I was bored today so I pulled up the wait times on the MDE app and found myself wishing I was there!

today was THE BEST in terms of crowds (or lack there of!) at MK

We had FP for Ariel, ETwB and Pooh. Used all 3 - they were handy for Ariel and Enchanted Tales - walked onto everything else - now that is a January Crowd level like we were expecting.

Awesome day!

What do you know....low crowds at Disney....wouldn't know it reading the majority of the posts on here....LOL Things that make you go hmmmmm.....Glad to hear you enjoyed your day because that is what Disney is all about....enjoying yourself! :thumbsup2
