Crowd estimating - when do your kids start summer break?? POLL

DD gets out of HS on 6/15, but I have never seen a school with so many days off in my life. I'm sure they wouldn't even make up snow days if they had too many. She goes to a Catholic HS and they must have no requirements for the # of days they attend. The seniors get out mid-May, a month before the rest of the school. When I was a senior, we went until @ 6/20.

Does anyone else have a child in a Catholic HS w/ so many days off???? They have off the week before and the week after Easter! (They go one half day the week before for a "retreat". Each class has a separate retreat day and the rest have off!) (They were actually going to get a day off if the Eagles won the superbowl!)

we think June 28 , if no more snow. But the school will not officially say yet. They may need to add another day.

We get out on May 20th (Alabama) at 12pm. We plan to be on the road by 12:30 woohoo. We go back in early August though (Aug 8th). See you there May20th -28th at POR AB. :

My nephews went to Catholic HS and I have one more who is going there. Yep, they get out in mid-May, and the school starts like the last week of August. I have a Kinder and 2nd Grader, they get off June 9th. We had a couple of "snow day" and no they are not making up for those two days that they missed. The June 9th still stands as their last day of school.

Last day was SUPPOSED to be June 17th, but now with the 6 snow days, DSs' last day of school is Monday, June 27th. And even that is only if we have no more snow days.

I don't have any kids, but I get out June 8. (I'm a teacher! ) Woo hoo! Summer vacation here I come!

May 16th here in Bowling Green, KY. No snow days this year. But DH coaches DD's soccer team and our last soccer game is the 21st, so we leave the 22nd.

But while everyone else is still enjoying their summer vacations my DD starts school again on August 4th.
