Crowd concern - need help!

So are crowds so bad at Epcot on Feb Friday the 21st that I will need to change my park plans cuz it is that crowded for the half marathon??
That is our planned Epcot day cuz we love being in the parks late - not rope drop people - but I'm just wondering.......is it really THAT crowded that I should NOT go there on that day??!
I can swap AK w/ our Epcot day if needed but I'm wondering if it's actually needed......how bad will it be?!?

I do not know the answer to your question, but do suggest changing the title of your thread to more of a question about what you are looking for. If not, the title can be interpreted as a statement that you are excited to be going and wind up having your thread moved to the happy forum, where it will most likely not be answered, or at least not many opinions. Just my thoughts.

I obviously don't know what the crowd level will be. I also booked our FP+ selections for Epcot for that night due to late open. We were there last year on tat night and I don't remember extreme crowds. I don't know how FP+ impacts all this. I am trying to keep an open mind and really, really hope that I will not be standing in long lines. We don't do rope drop either, but we do hop, so we were at Epcot later in the day and got on what we wanted. With so many changes, it is hard to plan and easy to worry. I hope it works out for us both!

Parks with EMH are usually "not recommended" parks. But that doesn't mean it will be so crowded that you can't manage the crowds. I think you'll be fine. We'll be there that day as well and plan to do DHS in the afternoon and then head over to Epcot that evening after dinner.

I would definitely check the crowd calendar at easyWDW, and then make a decision
