crowd comparison Week after Thanksgiving or Feb 1st

We really enjoy going the week after Thanksgiving but can't get there this year at that time. I am considering Jan 31 - Feb 6. I looked at the Unofficial site and it lists the week at 5,6, and 7. 7 being Sunday and Monday, not Saturday? Will I be disappointed with this week? I will be taking the kids and myself out of school so I want to choose wisely! Thanks!

I hope not because that's when we'll be there (2/1-2/7). Fingers crossed for low crowds as this is our 1st & want it to be "easy" for us.

We have been there many times the week after Thanksgiving and many times in the mid-January to mid-February time frame. DH attends a conference in Orlando, which is always always sometime between late January and Presidnet's Day. This year it is Jan. 29- Feb 4. My experiences are that the week after T-day is slightly less crowded than the January-February time frame. The difference is negligible. Generally, the week after T-day, we walk on to most attractions with maybe a 5-10 minute wait at places like Splash Mountain, Test Track, etc. The Jan-Feb. timing seems to be a bit more crowded so that those same waits might be 15-20 minutes in the middle of the afternoon. It certainly isn't crowded like President's Day weekend. I don't think you will have a problem. Let's hope not as we will be there too.
