Crowd Charts -- why not for Paris?

I have always relied on various attendance charts and low/mid/high season dates for planning my Disneyland and Disney World trips.

I am now planning my first trip to Disneyland Paris and cannot find anything with typical attendance/crowds. The thing that really trips me up is, I can find out when school holidays might be over various parts of Europe, but does that mean attendance goes UP or DOWN??!? For instance, i feel like when Parisian families are on holiday, they probably LEAVE Paris vs park attendance going up. I live in Germany and I feel the same...my part of Germany empties of Germans during holidays. Perhaps they go to Disneyland Paris :tongue::tongue: But, also, Germany staggers when the summer holidays fall especially for crowds. Maybe other parts of Europe do the same?

I just really want a crowd calendar.

Has anyone ever found anything reliable? Because I live closer than Americans, I can be a bit more flexible when I visit. All I know is "2018"...

Thanks in advance.

I'm not aware of an official crowd calendar but a good bet would be to look at the pricing chart for booking on the Disneyland Paris website. The more expensive times are generally the most busiest.

As a general rule, weekdays are quieter than weekends. If you want seasonal advice, I can only base this on my own experience: for Halloween season the first couple of weeks in October are quiet (weekdays), for Christmas from mid November to early December (again weekdays) for summer, end of June/early July (weekdays, although this time in general is busy)

If you can go outwith general school holidays and avoid weekends you should find it quieter - don't forget though, lots of group/school trips in early summer too which can make the park seem much busier.

I think the parks are busier when the French are off school I know certainly in early November when I went it was busier and they were off school then compared to January it was fabulous as all rides wait times were 5 minutes :)

They may not go out until 2018, but it can give you a good idea of what to expect for months this year and just find the comparable dates and it should be close to 2018. I will say that we fund on the meteosensible site that their disclaimer that weather can play a big role. We had really nice weather in March when we were there in 2016 and the "Green" day (Monday) turned into an "Orange" day on the forecast a few days before because so many people extended their weekend with the great weather. So, this year we are doing one day at the park and we are choosing Wednesday to avoid that weekend extension problem and hoping for less crowds.

The waits at DLP follow a very simple rule: the busiest day is Saturday, and the following day is always less busy, until next Saturday.

Note that I am not talking about attendance, only average wait at attractions. Of course, take into account holidays and weather, but as a general rule of thumb, I'd rather go on Sunday rather than Saturday, and Friday rather than Monday.

thanks for sharing these. Do you know why there is such a discrepancy between the predictions on the two sites? We are trying to decide if adding a day to our Paris trip in February would make sense. The day in question is Tuesday 2/22. DLPR gives a green flag, yet the metosensible gives a red designation.
