From those of you that have used the crowd calendars by vote which one did you find to be the most accurate?

Planning for a Thanksgiving week trip with my family and a family that has never been. I have issues (as in I hyperventilate) if I'm stuck in human wall crowds and I also want to be able to help our friends see as much as possible since this may be there once in a lifetime(or at least for a long time) trip.

Umm if you have issues with crowds, Thanksgiving week at Disney World is probably not the wisest choice...

Is there a chance that touringplans.com isn't as bad as the poll suggests but just doesn't get as many votes because you have to pay to access it, hence not as many people have used it?

I'm trying to make myself feel better having just subscribed!

I used easywdw last year and was really pleased with how my trip panned out, but wanted some extra resources this year, having become a bit obsesses. My 180 ADR day is tomorrow!!!

Does TP give you additional info? Otherwise, why would you pay if you get the same for free?

TP actually gives you customized touring plans . You can plug in what you want to see and not what you don't want. Thus making it easier on you and speeding up your process. I'm going to subscribe to them but not until closer to my trip. That way I can get this years and next years trip on the same subscription and not have to pay again.
I'd be curious to how TP and EWDW differ for the week of my trip. Since I'm not wanting to buy TP yet and I want to have an idea what park I'm going to be in on what day for dining ressies , I'm guessing easy wdw is my free page of choice.

:cool1: We (just my husband and I) are going for my birthday in Sept so that 180 day has passed. I only made one dinner ressie because we are planning on eating our way around the world, but it was still very exciting.

Touring plans does provide additional information. I have access to their historical cows calendars which show me their prediction and what the actual crowd level was. I also have access to all their touring plans and can use it to make personalized touring plans. With my $10 subscription I also can use the Lines App, which has wait times, lets me optimize touring plans as I go, has its own chat board, and a searchable menu database.

I don't use easywdw's crowd calendar so I can't speak to its accuracy but touring plans provides crowd levels for each park and has been very transparent about how actual crowds differed from their predictions.

I use both and my husband like updating the lines app in the park for others. To me the more information the better. I also buy new tour books every year, I might have a slight planning problem.:rotfl2:
