Crowd Calendar Question

Quick question while trying not to compromise the "privacy" of a touring plans crowd calendar -

I was look at late June and June 23 is a 10 in Disney World! Many other days that week are in the middle range but that day is a 10. Any idea whY?!?! I don't know of anything special going on other than it being summer and really that should affect way more than one or two days.

The crowd calendars I use have it as an 8 with nothing out of the norm scheduled to make it seem like a day to be at Disney World more than any other day.
