Just wondering how accurate the crowd calendar's are 6 months before your arrival date? I'm looking to book my ADR's soon and we have a pretty good idea which park we will be at each day based on the crowd calendars. However, a friend suggested that I make reservations for our "must do" restaurants for different days and times. For example, our 3rd day at Disney we will be going to the Magic Kingdom. We are hoping to do BOG for an early breakfast, take an afternoon break and then go back and do Crystal Palace for dinner. She said that I should request these two reservations for 3 different days/time and do the same with all our other reservations.
So on day 3 have breakfast reservations for 8am at BOG and at 8:30am for Tusker House. And then cancel BOG if the park is predicted to be busier and go to whatever reservation we have at the recommended park. Is this necessary? We are on a cruise for 7 nights before we arrive and I really don't want to be worried about cancelling reservations at that point. Any other things I should be aware of before we book our ADR's?
