Croquet Lawn Reception Min?

I had my heart set on the croquet lawn for my reception and just saw on magical kingdoms that that the guest minimum is 60 My guest count will be around 30-40. Does anyone know if this is fact? I'm having such a hard time trying to find the perfect location near Epcot!

At disney's wedding website it does say that receptions on the croquet lawn require a min of 60 people. But this appears to be based on the min food/beverage purchase because ceremonies on the lawn only require 2 people min. So if you are willing to pay the minimum charge for 60 people (even if only 30-40 are invited), then they may be willing to work with you. I would give disney weddings a call. Let us know what you find out.

I've heard they are discontinuing use of the Croquet Lawn :/ I'd definitely give them a call so you get correct answers yourself! Good luck!

Thanks for the responses. I think we'll just nix it and go with either Ariel's or Living Seas Salon :/ The extra money I'd be spending in food min I could spend elsewhere.
