Crop in Style XXL wheeled tote

Has anyone taken this as a carry-on bag on an airline? Just wondering . . . . travelling in August and would like to take it with me without shipping it in baggage.

I took my CM wheeled tote as a checked suitcase two years ago to SDV. Really any wheeled suitcase would do, although the harder sides did prevent damage, where as my regular suitcases get eaten my the samonsite gorilla monster whenever I travel. Maybe I should go back to my CM wheeled tote.
