Why should you care how other people choose to dress their children? It's not going to hurt you.

On small children, with the appropriate clothes, it's fine.
But when you've got a 9 year old in brightly colored capris that don't fit, with a shirt that doesn't fit either..
And then the crocs to top it off?
It's horrendous.

My cousins are about the ages of the kids in the picture. They wear Crocs, and they LIKE THEM. So my aunt and uncle are abusing them because they buy them shoes they like?

That's okay, because I was just saying what I feel about them. If I wore them because my parents got them for me, I'd be pretty pissed. And I'd feel pretty abused.... Those kids are like... two years old. I really don't think they'd know how ugly they are, they just wear them because it's what they have and they're supposedly comfortable.


And I wasn't saying your aunt and uncle are abusing them. That's what you said.

I'd feel pretty abused if my parents beat me everyday, starved me, and wouldn't buy me clothes.

If my parents bought me shoes that they thought were cute, I'd be grateful.

You're taking it too far, there's absolutely no comparison with wearing crocs and child abuse.

I REAAAALLY could care less how they look. The point is to me, they are comfortable especially in places like WDW where you have to walk around ALL day and your feet might get wet.
And I'll wear them wherever I darn well please--trust me i've seen waaaaayyyyyyyyy uglier shoes being worn around, so don't even try to tell me my crocs are the ugliest shoes in the world.

Even if people do think they are ugly though I really do not care in the least, I've never really cared what people think of me...
So I'll wear my crocs all over town, just like i'll wear my jogging pants and sweatershirt all over town. because i'm comfortableeeee.

So, I'll wear my comfy uggs in the winter and my feet will be warm and not wet, And I'll wear my comfy crocs in the summer and my feet will be not sweaty or blistery and the socks that i'm not wearing will not get wet, And I could care less what ya think.

and just for the record; i consider myself a very fashionable person.
i do know how to 'dress myself properly.'

Yes, I have two pairs.

One is the regular Beach style in sea foam color.

The other is mammoth in pink.

They are comfortable but not too stylish to put it lightly, so I don't wear them to school, just wear them around the house or going to the store and stuff.

Have you ever read A Child Called It? You might get a better idea of what child abuse is. It has nothing to do with what you dress your child in, however hideous you might find it to be.

i own 2 pairs one pink and one lavender i personally think they are ugly but they are the most comfotable shoes i own besides my uggs and frakly i dont give if ppl dont like them they are my shoes and why compare crocs to child abuse thats just horrible how can someone giving there child shoes be child abuse???

I wear crocs. I have pink mickey mouse crocs. I look like an ******* in them, but they sure are comfortable.
