Crocs!!!

Hey everyone!

I'm looking at getting my first pair of Crocs (lime green, of course!) so I can try them out before the Disney collection debuts. Which style of Crocs do you use? Also, where do you buy your Crocs?

I wear the beach style...I have wide, flat feet, so they work best for me. Others with narrower feet have mentioned that the cayman are sized more normally (they come in full sizes, as opposed to the beach, which are combined sizes like 5-6, or 7-8, etc).

I've bought mine several places...Dick's Sporting Goods, Eastern Mountain Sports (EMS), Stide Rite (for my DD6).

Beach for me . . . because I had no choice, lol. The only store around that sells them (for about 200 miles around, as I understand it!) only carries that style, and it's a Hallmark store.

I've had my first pair for about 2 months now and love them. It's all I wear. I didn't buy the traditional looking crocs. I just didn't like the way they felt on my feet so I purchased the Scutes. They look like a mule or slide on and they are fabulous! So comfy! If anyone does order this style bump yourself up a size. They run small!

They have a nice Crocs store at the Orlando airport with many styles and colors. We finally caved in at the end of our trip and DH and I bought some. I got some pretty sage green ones and DH got brown. We had bought our 2 DS some in Key West on the DCL. Love them! They are not as popular here in California....yet!

Most comfy shoes I have ever worn! The only "real" Crocs available in our area (RI) right now are the beach style at Dick's and Olympia Sporting Goods.
Since buying mine 2 two weeks ago, my husband, 25 yo daughter, 9 yo son, 5 yo granddaughter and 2 yo grandson have gotten a pair for themselves-and all love them! My 18 yo son and his girlfriend also want to get a pair for themselves. Guess we will be easy to spot at Disney in a few weeks, huh?!

I have a pair of beach and a pair of cayman. For me the cayman fit better (both are very comfy) I am a size 8. cayman come in full sizes. the beach come in double sizes, so my beach are size 8-9. I got my caymans at zappos.com they have free shipping both ways.

I just bought a pair of Beach today at a local sports/athletic store. (Had a 20% off coupon so they were just $24 ) My DD talked me into them. She has a pair and told me my Tevas were just, like, so uncool that I had to upgrade to Crocs. Who knew Crocs were so trendy with the high school set.

Anyway, I have seen Crocs at Dicks, Olympia Sports, Sports Authority, and Journey (a teen mall store). They mostly have Beach, but a few Cayman were also spotted.

I wanted to chime in also. Although not going to WDW until '08, I do plan on wearing some form of Crocs when we do go!

I was on vacation in June and saw many people wearing them (at Mt Rushmore of all places) and in Estes Park, CO. As we were walking in downtown Estes Park, we saw some displayed at a sporting goods store. I bought some bright pink beach Crocs for DD7 and the professional style in black for my DD10. They enjoyed them so much I had to go get a pair of bright pink beach style Crocs myself before heading home. DH thinks they are ugly, but we know our feet are happy!

Now we are into getting the Jibbitz jewlery to go in the holes to decorate them.

I wear Beach in the summer and Aspen in the winter. I bought one pair at Dick's Sporting Goods and the rest at a small shop in my city.

You can also find them at MC Sports, Nordstrom and Von Mour.

I love the look of the Prima Ballet ones, and they are comfy, but they kept slipping right off my feet when I tried them on. Some people really like them though. I wish they didn't slip off constantly, I might have gotten those instead. But I do really like the Mary Janes. My only advice about them is to get the size you normally wear...they run pretty true to size.

I don't have any crocs right now, but I really like the new "Prima" crocs. They are cute little ballet flats!

I LOVE my niles, because they let my toes breathe... but this will be my first Disney experience wearing my crocs-- will I be ok? Have blisters or anything be a problem?
