Has anyone actually worn their crocs for a full day to the parks? I was wondering if they really are as comfy as everyone clains them to be? i was thinking about getting a pair and was just wondering what everyone thought!

I just wore mine today at Silver Dollar City (Branson, Mo) and they felt great! Very comfy!

i had a pair of the cheap imitation ones from Payless (my real crocs should be here tuesday). I am a preschool teacher so I don't sit much when I am at work. I have worn mine to work several times as well as the mall. They are awesome. I can only imagine how much more comfortable the real things will be if the payless imitation are this comfy.

I have worn my crocs to full days at WDW, and Epcot after just getting them. Before the WDW trip I wore it maybe 5 hours. They were great in the parks. My feet were tired as normal of walking and being on them so long but my feet did not hurt!!!

I would say they are a must for anyone going during the "rainy season" We were in Epcot 3 years ago when we caught the fringes of a tropical storm. We walked around Epcot in ankle deep water. Needless to say my tevas were worthless after that day. They never seemed to dry all the way. I would have loved to have a pair of Croc then! I will have my first pair in 2 days!! :cool1:

FIll me in. What are crocks? Thanks!
Check out www.crocs.com . They are a waterproof sandal. Similar to those that are worn in hospitals and by nurses. My podiatrists have recommended them for their patients to help with bad knees and backs. Many say they are ugly but once you try them on you are hooked! Lets face it, I would rather wear ugly shoes and be very, very comfortable then were cute sandals and be cursing my choice. :smooth: AND they are a lot cheaper than Birk's or Danskos and you get equal comfort. A win win situation! :sunny:

See the thread"What Crocs did for me"- it is up to 30+ pages. I can only tell you that I have a pair that saved a trip to Scotland over Easter. I slipped and fell and really hurt my ankle, and still had 7 days of vaction to go... the only shoe I could wear was the Crocs. They stretched to fit the swelling, and I was walking a lot... the foot went totally numb after 10 to 15 min of standing on it... We walked at least 5 miles a day and up and down hills. I will be getting a few more pairs as soon as I can find the colors I want. Love them tons! I also have hip/knee problems, and the shoes difference!
Best of luck!

Is it better to get ones that are fairly big on your feet or ones where your toes are almost to the end? I really want a pair but i don't know if i should get the small or the mediums. Thanks!!! :cool1:

going to the world on june 15-24!!!!! ::MinnieMo

Those of you who've worn them all day without problems, especially at WDW, did you wear them with or without socks? They say you can do either, and I'm not so much concerned with fashion/looks as I am with what's most comfortable.

I wore them w/out socks. I like them airy like that. NO sweating or blisters either. Plus when they got wet, they dry out fast.

When I first got mine my toes touched the ends but within a week of casual wearing they stretched enough that my toes are now not even brushing the tips of my shoes. They are supposed to be big but the next size up was so huge there was not way I could keep them on.

I'm really happy they are getting in fushia and lime green in may at my store(westies) so i'm going to wait until then to get mine! i sure hope i made the right decision on the size. I got a medium....i usually wear a 7 1/2-8. So if anyone recomends a small please let me know! I can't wait to see the new colors!

Get a small. I wear an 8 1/2 & use a small. They run a little big and wide.
:)
(I'm assuming you are talking about a 7 1/2 womans)

So i heard that these shoes stretch is that true? I'm thinking now that maybe I should get a small.... :confused3

My crocs have stretched a little. That said, they are cheap and comfortable, but don't compare to the comfort or support of Dansko's, which I normally wear. I may or may not wear them into the parks in a couple of weeks.

Soooo weird- I thought that they were ugly but then my campus (university) bookstore now has them in a bunch of colors soooo aparently they are fashionable to a certain extent :teeth:

I dont know what I will wear on my feet. I usually wear sneakers but my feet get sooo sweaty and hot but I need shoes that are going to stay on my feet.

I think they are ugly, too. Beleive it or not, though, I have had people stop me to comemnt on how 'cute' my Crocs are!

I wore mine with and with out socks. The typical Fla weather hot one day cold the next. They were great either way.
