Crocs sizing for little kids?

One of my DDs is easy...she's a 4.5, so I can grab a 4/5. But my oldest (who is 3) is a 7.5. The sizes are 6/7 and 8/9. Should I go for the smaller pair or the larger pair? The Crocs store in our mall never has anything near her size (I guess they sell fast), so I've never been able to try them on her.

I always buy them small for safety. But hte sales reps tell you to order up.

I always buy smaller also. I do it because I think they run large. They are pretty wide and roomy.

My DD3 wears a 7 in most shoes, but she has already outgrown her 6/7 crocs. Although there is big difference between the 6/7 and the 8/9, she has no trouble walking in the 8/9 at all. I would order up instead of down.

My kids have always worn a size smaller in crocs - I think they run big.

I would go with the 6/7 if you want them for right now. My daughter comfortably fits in her 6/7's and she is a 8.5-9 narrow in regular shoes. We just got her 8/9 maryjane style crocs and they are a little big.

I was going to post the same thing. I used the crocs size chart to measure my kids' feet before buying their crocs and we haven't had any problems.

Crocs are supposed to fit wide and roomy. They aren't supposed to be form-fitting.

When DS was too big for one size and too small for the next, we bought the higher size but he didn't wear them unless he had very thick socks on (we're in the pac NW where it's OK to be "socks and sandals guy" LOL). Then we just waited!

It's better to be a kid, where there's growth on the way, than be an adult in between sizes with Crocs! No chance for such an adult!

I was going to post the same thing. I used the crocs size chart to measure my kids' feet before buying their crocs and we haven't had any problems.

I don't know how I overlooked this!! I'm going to print it out and keep my fingers crossed!

I would do the 8/9 as they can always grow into them my DD has never had a problem with them being a little bog and walking around.
