Yes, I know. Next I'm going to post a stroller question
. I am getting Crocs for myself, DSD and DD. I am leaning towards Caymans for myself, as I will be 20ish weeks pregnant and feel that I need some sort of strap across the back to prevent me sliding out of them (the Old Navy flip flops I usually live in are a death trap when they get wet). My question on these is, are my feet going to get too hot? Maybe I am being overly paranoid about the slipping factor and should get the Athens or Cleos instead? I know I will be getting them wet because the toddler that I will be chasing is strangely attracted to water.
For DSD, she is in a 3 in regular shoes. Does this put her in a junior 3 (is this the same as the womens 3?) or should I size her up to the womens 4? Also, I can't decide on a style for her. I'm pretty sure last summer she had a pair of generic caymans and loved them but I'm not sure if I should go with a more traditional 'summer' shoe since they will be her primary shoe this summer.
And DD, my water attracted toddler. Last year I know she mainly wore a pair of generic caymans and did great in them. I guess keeping her in closed toe shoes is probably the smartest idea. I'm not sure on the sizing though. We just got her sneakers this weekend and she had to have a 6 Wide so I'm a little worried that a 6/7 is going to rub her feet. Anyone have any experience with this? TIA
