CROCS : How to stretch the straps ?

Hi everyone!

I recently bought 2 pairs of crocs sandal (cayman style) by internet.

I bought the same size as usual for that style. The sandal itself is perfect, but the strap is much shorter than usual... I wrote to Crocs and they send me a new pair or straps, but they are as short as the one I got on my sandal...

Does anyone know how I could stretch the straps? A few months ago, I saw on this board some advices on how to make Crocs shoes bigger, but I just can't find the thread. If I remember well, it was a matter of heat, but I'm not sure it is was with a micro-wave...

So, does anyone have any process or advice about that ?

Crocs sells a band to replace the back with that will make it bigger. Ill see if I can find the link.
